What is and why PLEXR?

Plasma is one of the four fundamental states of mater. It consists of a gas of irons, atoms that have some of their orbital electrons removed, and free electrons.

PLEXR is the most developed non-invasive device that uses technological innovation based on the plasma to replace surgery, thus marking a new direction in aesthetics. It represents the so-called “Soft Surgery” with the results such as those obtained by surgery.

What is PLEXR famous for?

PLEXR is famous for its excellent results for PLEXR Non-Surgical blepharoplasty.
This is performed without cutting, without removing excess skin or fat and without modifying the orbicular muscle of the eyelids. This helps avoid all risks inherent to traditional surgical intervention.

PLEXR forms true pure plasma to sublimate (evaporate/ transformation of solid state to gas state without first becoming liquid) the unwanted excess skin.

What to expect during and after PLEXR non-surgical blepharoplasty?

Your skin around the eyes will be topically numbed for 30-60 minutes. If your skin is well numbed, you will feel almost no or minimal discomfort.
The area treated with PLEXR will form black scab like dots. You will be given topical for soothing, intense moisturizing and concealing. There will be slight swelling on the day of the procedure.
The swelling is the most on the second day of the procedure and improved from the third day on. By fifth day most swelling is gone. The dark scab like dots stay on the surface of the skin for 1-2 weeks. It is really important that you do not remove the scab like dots prematurely as the repair process under the dots can slow down once the scab-like dots are removed. However if some of them are accidentally removed, you do not need to worry too much because the final resurfaced skin will still look fabulous.
Because the excess skin sublimates by PLEXR, the treated area skin becomes tightened. This results in lifting of the sagging skin of the upper eyelids and significantly lessening of the fine lines and younger looking eyes.
PLEXR treatment can be repeated for fine tuning/touching up or for advanced result every 4-6 weeks.

What else can PLEXR be used for?

PLEXR is a remarkably versatile device that is used for various skin procedures, both aesthetic and therapeutic.
PLEXR can treat active acnes, keloids and scars, fine lines of skin, benign moles and cysts, hyperkeratotic skin lesions such as seborrheic and actinic keratoses, skin tags, warts, Ruby angiomas, gingival growths, and eyelid growths like sty or chalazian.
