PRP treatment for penile enlargement and sexual enhancement

WHAT IS PRP?

PRP is your own blood concentrate, packed with powerful cells and growth factors for tissue rejuvenation. When your body has tissue trauma, blood leaks out of vessels and invades the damaged tissue. This healing process includes blood cells, white blood cells and platelets, releasing growth factors into the surrounding damaged tissue to form a matrix on which repair process will be completed.

By centrifuging blood at certain speed and duration, the blood cells will separate, based on their weight, platelets and white blood cells on the top layer, above the heavier red blood cells. Imagine what will happen when the platelet-rich plasma is injected into the tissue! The repair or rejuvenation process evolves at a much higher speed because the growth factor releasing cells are concentrated and are ready to work.

PENILE ENHANCEMENT

When PRP is injected into the penile tissue, the rejuvenation process happens too. During this procedure, 30 CC of a person’s blood will be drawn with a small gage butterfly blood collection kit, which has minimal discomfort. The collected blood will be centrifuged, and the PRP will be injected into the Corpora Cavernosa (the penile tissue beneath the skin and fascia) via a very thin needle. The penile skin can be numbed with topical numbing ointment or by local injection in the pubic area (Dorsal Penile Nerve Block). Even with topical numbing ointment alone, satisfactory penile skin numbing is achieved most of the times.

• The penile PRP injection can improve erectile dysfunction and enhance sexual health. Anyone with erectile dysfunction needs to have a comprehensive medical, psychological and behavioural assessment, as ED may be a manifestation of more serious underlying health issues.
• Also, modification of certain behaviours, such as smoking, can significantly affect erectile capacity. Emotional or psychological issues also need to be addressed with professionally trained persons.
• The penile PRP injection should be taken from trained medical professionals because the penile tissue is rich in blood vessels, as an inadvertent trauma of one of them can cause significant blood loss and other complications.
